At LIT, we've trained hundreds of start-up leaders and founders first-hand how to level-up their own abilities so they can cultivate healthier, high-growth workplaces. Exclusively for LIT alumni and designed by Carole Robin, LIT's corporate workshops provide an effective way to support integrating the frameworks and tools learned at LIT into their organizations.

Through a combination of conceptual learning, activities, and Q & A, our Corporate Workshop Building a Feedback Rich Organization helps:

• Peers and direct reports share invaluable insights into what elevates or diminishes an individual's influence.

• Employees understand the behaviors that foster or hinder collaboration, resource sharing, and team decision-making.

• Create a dynamic environment where success is a collective achievement.

• Team members gain tools and frameworks to support healthy work relationships and feedback exchanges.

What is included?

- 2+ preparatory calls with you and/or people leader) to ensure both the team and facilitator are well-prepared to have an effective session.

- 1-2 Conceptual Learning Sessions (taught in a single 3-hr session or two 1.5 hour sessions), focused on the power of disclosure and feedback. All employees are invited to participate in the Didactic Session.

- 1 Application Session (3 hours) with 8-10 leaders to apply what they’ve learned and provide developmental feedback in an experiential group setting facilitated by a Leaders in Tech expert facilitator. Note, you may add additional Application Sessions and coaching if desired at an additional cost.
