Grove Fellows was founded in partnership with Leaders in Tech to provide pre-seed and seed stage founders essential leadership development and support. Grove begins with a 4-Day Intensive Retreat (operated and facilitated by Leaders in Tech). Participants then receive 6-months of virtual peer group sessions and 1-1 coaching.
There is no cash cost for participants in Grove. In exchange for the 4-Day retreat and 6-month program, Grove asks for an advisor-scale equity grant to make the fellowship sustainable for future founders. The grant is typically 0.05 - 0.25% (based on valuation) as a SAFE or common.
Due to limited space, applications are accepted by nomination only. Applicants must be founders of early-stage startups that have raised over $500k but haven't yet raised a Series A (if you are at Series A apply to Fellows or a Founder Retreat).
