Retreat for Investors & Influential Leaders
In addition to the 10-month Fellows program, we offer a limited number of in-person intensive training retreats throughout the year. These immersions take place over four days and offer a taste of the Fellows program in a more condensed format.
In an intimate setting with 10-13 other hand-selected leaders you will discover when and how you are most influential, how others really think and feel about how you act, and your leadership effectiveness.

This is an intensive, residential immersion for a diverse cohort of 12 hand-selected senior leaders. The 4-day program is based on the same learning format as the legendary Interpersonal Dynamics (“Touchy Feely”) class — the most popular elective course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
This is an experiential learning program focused on discovering when and how you are most influential; how others really think and feel about how you act; and how you lead. Many former participants have described the experience as profoundly benefiting their personal and professional lives.
