“LIT transformed that way I think about leadership and influence. It’s life and career changing and I highly recommend all founders to be a part of it”
The Leaders in Tech Fellowship
Leadership is increasingly complex as companies grow and the most critical challenges come from dealing with people. That’s why interpersonal skills are a hallmark of good leaders, and fundamental to professional and personal success. Leaders in Tech Fellows is a 10-month program where founders and/or CEOs of high growth tech companies master the interpersonal skills necessary to create vibrant, high performing cultures where people and profits thrive together.
Born out of the legendary Interpersonal Dynamics (“Touchy Feely”) class — the most popular elective course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business — the Fellows program is overseen by LIT’s co-founder and world-class teacher Carole Robin. Carole most recently served as the Faculty Director of the Interpersonal Dynamics for High Performance Executives Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). In close collaboration with LIT facilitators, Carole helps participants build the interpersonal capacities that characterize high-performance leadership.
