Leaders in Tech Fellows is intended for leaders ready to make a significant investment in their own growth and development.  Participants will make a commitment to:

1. Attend the 4-day kick-off retreat fully and in-person in Marshall, CA (Marin County) on September 12-15, 2024 or October 20-24, 2024.

2. Attend in full each monthly learning group meeting from November 2024 - July 2025 (see detailed schedule below).

3. Enter the program deeply curious, willing to question existing mindsets and beliefs, and prepared to give and receive direct feedback in service of your own and others’ learning.

Note:  The Fellows program is designed to make continuously busy people substantially more effective. However, you should not apply if you are emotionally overwhelmed or feel otherwise unprepared for intensive leadership development and training.

Tuition for the Fellows program is $19,850 and includes the retreat, learning groups, and dinners/workshops. We can offer financial assistance, including payment plans and scholarship grants, to exceptional participants who may need it. We do our best not to turn anyone away because of financial need.

Please note that the majority of our participants have their companies pay for their enrollment, as they would with an executive coach. Here is a link to some information that you can share with your team or Board about funding your experience.

If you require financial assistance, we will ask you to share a little more information about your need on the application. Your application is not considered complete without this information.

There are two groups for Fellows. Please review each set of dates. All sessions are mandatory to attend. If you are able to make the dates for both groups, select both options in the application as this gives you more placement opportunities.

• By July 3 - LIT Fellows notified of acceptance
