Our Faculty
Born out of the legendary Interpersonal Dynamics (“Touchy Feely”) class — the most popular elective course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business — the Fellows program is overseen by LIT’s co-founder and world-class teacher Dr. Carole Robin. Carole most recently served as the Faculty Director of the Interpersonal Dynamics for High Performance Executives Program at the Stanford GSB.
In close collaboration with Carole, LIT’s Stanford-trained, expert facilitators help participants build the interpersonal capacities that characterize high-performance leadership.
Participants
Our 2025 Fellows Cohort will be limited to 100 participants and will be handpicked from founders nominated by the tech community for the potential of their companies and their own commitment to growth as leaders.
In intimate groups of 12-13, LIT Fellows will master the interpersonal skills essential for professional success and for building high-performing cultures where both people and profits thrive.

Our Programs
LIT Fellows
For Series A+ Founders/CEOs LIT Fellows is a 10-month program that starts with a 4-day intensive in-person retreat, then continues throughout the year with learning groups that meet monthly (Zoom and in-person).
Intensive Executive Programs
We offer a limited number of in-person intensives throughout the year for founders and C-level (or equivalent) executives. These include a 4-day retreat and 3 virtual application sessions.
Grove Fellows
For Pre-seed and seed Founders/CEOs Grove is a 6-month program that starts with a 4-day retreat, then continues with 6 months of virtual peer groups. This is an equity-based program.
Retreats for Investors & Influential Leaders
We offer a limited number of 4-day in-person intensive retreats for investors and influential leaders in the tech community (venture capital investors, post-IPO CEOs, media influencers, etc.).
